These terms apply to reequipkc.com (the "Site"), operated by KB REI LLC, doing business as ReEquipKC. By using the Site, you agree to them. Last updated November 3, 2026.
A listing is an invitation to inquire, not an offer to sell or a statement that an item is available. ReEquipKC may not own a listed item when it is shown. A sale forms only through an accepted purchase agreement. Until then, ReEquipKC may change, correct, or withdraw any listing, including errors in price or description. Items marked as example listings are illustrative and are not for sale.
Buyers purchase under the purchase agreement for that deal, which controls that purchase. Items are sold as-is with no warranty, as that agreement states. Sellers list and sell under the agreements presented in the verification process. These terms do not change those agreements.
The equipment on the Site is offered to businesses and organizations for business use, in the United States.
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReEquipKC disclaims all warranties about the Site and does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. Site content may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReEquipKC is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Information submitted through the Site is handled as stated in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any court action must be brought in the state courts in Johnson County, Kansas, or the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
